In general, installing FlowTraq Web and NBI tools is a 6-step process.
Install FlowTraq Server.
Install FlowTraq Web prerequisites (apache, php, etc.)
Install FlowTraq Web.
Install FlowTraq NBI prerequisites. (postgres, php-pg, etc)
Configure PostgreSQL server.
Install FlowTraq NBI.
