  • Feature: the FlowTraq Network Behavioral Intelligence (NBI) Toolkit was added. Please see Chapter 12, The FlowTraq Network Behavioral Intelligence Toolkit for more information.

  • Feature: session-level user access control was added. Please see Section 3.4.5, “User Access Control” for more information.

  • Feature: several new workspaces including a new Quarterly Threats assessment workspace and a SYN Flood Detector were added.

  • Feature: a new widget called Quick View was added.

  • Feature: added support to FlowTraq Client to support opening .ws files by dragging them onto the Dashboard.

  • Feature: The statistical query command line tool set was replaced by a single master command ftstat, which offers significantly more flexibility in specifying reports.

  • Bugfix: resolved an issue where a reports or alerts involving raw query strings would sometimes fail to save.

  • Bugfix: resolved an issue in FlowTraq Client where table data is modified on a thread other than the Event Dispatch Thread, resulting in a rare but fatal error.

  • Lateral: nomenclature of the CLI tools was made more clear and consistent, and ns2- commands are now prefixed by ft-.

  • Lateral: improved logging for errors which occur in the client's Java runtime.

  • Lateral: cosmetic improvements were made to the Server Status Widget.

  • Meta: this change log was added to the documentation.
